Our Project Process
This is how we do a project.
Discovery
A project always beings with a time of discovery. During this stage, we will work with you to find out what your company needs and your vision for the project.
Timeline
In the next step, we will set up a project timeline to give both of us an idea of when things need to happen. It will involve setting some due dates for us and for you too.
Production
If you do love it as much as we think you will, then the real building will begin. We'll get our fabrication team on the job and, with their combined craftsmanship skills, we'll bring the designs to life.
Proposal and Budget
Using the information we gather from you during our initial discovery stage, we will build a preliminary project proposal for you and give you an outline of the budget.
Designs
After that, we'll visit your place and take any necessary field measurements. Using those, we'll put together designs and shop drawings that will guide our fabrication process.
Installation.
Before you know it, we'll be bringing it home to you and installing a masterpiece at the location you designate. And, just like that, you've seen some real ZENTX magic happen.
Quote
Next, we'll finalize a quote for your project. In this step, we just give your project a price tag of sorts. This is when you'll put down a deposit for the first half of the project costs.
Prototypes
Once we get your approval on these drawings and designs, we'll put together some material samples and prototypes to make sure you love it before we commit to that design.
